Marie was delighted to perform with Michel Legrand as his guest soloist for concerts in France, Japan, Israel, Russia and Bulgaria. She was also a featured soloist at his Theatre Royal, Haymarket concert alongside Ruthie Henshall and Julian Ovenden.

‘DO YOU HEAR THE PEOPLE SING’ SYMPHONIC CONCERTS
NORTH AMERICA

Marie is a Featured Artist in this symphonic concert of songs by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schӧnberg, creators of Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, Martin Guerre and more. The concert series premiered in Indianapolis and has since travelled to major concert venues all over North America including the huge American Airlines Center in Dallas with the Dallas Pops, the Kennedy Center in Washington DC with the National Symphony Orchestra, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Hartford, Milwaukee, Oklahoma and Ottawa.
Artists also featured include Stephanie J. Block, Eric Kunze, Terrance Mann, Lea Salonga and Brian Stokes Mitchell.

NY Pops Concert – Carnegie Hall

The 40 year collaboration of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schonberg was celebrated in May 2016 at Carnegie Hall where they were Honorees of the New York Pops 33rd Birthday Gala evening.

The concert was conducted by Steven Reineke and Marie featured alongside, Stephanie J. Block, Marcus d’Angelo, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Montego Glover, Jeremy Jordan, Eric Kunze, Norm Lewis, Patti Lupone, Terrence Mann, Robert Marien, Eva Noblezada, Laura Osnes, John Owen-Jones, Hugh Panaro, Steven Pasquale, Lea Salonga and Kyle Scatliffe.

Co-chairs for the evening were Cameron Mackintosh and Patti LuPone.

On 29th and 30th January 2014 Marie appeared as a soloist in a special performance of ‘Do You Hear The People Sing?’ at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre in Manila to raise funds to offer humanitarian relief and assist the rebuilding efforts after parts of the Philippines were left devastated in the wake of Typhoon Yolanda.

In celebration of the long association between the Philippines Arts community and the work of Boublil and Schönberg, the concert evening featured special guests and a large ensemble made up of performers who have appeared in Miss Saigon throughout the world.

The concert raised 25 million pesos for the rebuilding of 200 homes through Habitat for Humanity Philippines.

‘Let the people sing’ Concert performed to rave reviews in Mazatlan, Mexico

Review from Carnaval Mazalan – “The concert lasted two hours, during which singers, chorus and orchestra performed 25 songs and two overtures to the intense satisfaction of the audience culminating in a standing ovation with prolonged applause. Hundreds of people who couldn’t get tickets enjoyed the concert on a screen in the Plazuela Machado.”
